What is RouteThis Self Help?

RouteThis Self Help is delivered via a smartphone (iOS or Android) and helps customers to diagnose and fix their own home network (either Wi-Fi or wired issues) problems.
– Provides Troubleshooting points if your connection to the internet has slowed down
– Helps resolve slow internet through the use of the App
– Helps Troubleshoot and diagnose WIFI issues

How to use RouteThis Self Help

• Install the iOS or Android app and click “Begin”

• Enter the code FIJI to get access to the app

• Run a “Network Scan” which takes about 2 minutes to complete

• The Network Scan then displays any fixable issues it found on the home network, alongside instructions on how to fix them
